A platform for exchanging information that promotes a more pro-active attitude and greater interaction between residents and local authority services. For example, if noticing a problem in the street, a pothole, rubbish to be collected or a lost animal, the citizen will be able to inform the municipal services about this, via mobile phone or the website, with a description of the problem.
The intention is to provide residents with an application for smartphone (and/or other means of access) that allows local authority services to be alerted quickly.
